In 2019 -2020 I got into depression for the first time in my life. All this started after the demise of my late wife whom we loved each other so dearly,I went through denial which lead me to stress and into grief depression, Anger and life was meaningless.
Though being a Pastor well founded in the word and a strong believer, this combination of darkness, hopelessness, loneliness and seasons of fear overtook me and led me into loss of focus and messes without being in full capacity to make concrete decisions.
Several so called "Friends" took advantage of my weakness situation and messed me big but God gracious to give me some perspective.
God is good and will remain forever faithful even when he gives me a bitter cup to drink.
May we see that our heavenly Father fills the cup with loving tenderness, and holds it out, and says, ‘Drink, my child, bitter as it is,it is a love-potion which is meant to do thee permanent good.’"
People ask how you are, but how do you describe the deep and continual loneliness you feel? How do you explain the spiral of utter hopelessness and darkness you're trapped in? How do you tell someone about the weight that you constantly feel??.
Suffering is deep and painful.

No matter what you’re going through, look to Jesus. Not to Men. God draws us near in the discomfort and the dissatisfaction.
Therefore we can praise God for suffering. We can confidently face yet another trial, whether it's depression, conflict, illness, infertility, poverty, loneliness, darkness, or death. We can even thank God for such trials, because we know that there is no greater growth than that which comes from the depths of darkness. There is no PRAYER more GENUINE than the prayer that flows before the tears have DRIED.
“better thing” is not our earthly comforts, but nearness to God.
I had no one to Trust or share my pain, but today I stand a witness that those who wait faithfully upon Jehovah and those who are patient to walk alone through the process, God will surely restore their laughter and put a new song into their lips. I thank God for this far and for his faithfulness for giving me a new Love and a confidant.
Thankyou Jesus.
Ecclesiastes 7:14
When times are good, be happy; but when times are bad, consider this: God has made the one as well as the other. Therefore, no one can discover anything about their future
